Nancy E. Dowd is David H. Levin Chair In Family Law, Professor of Law, Emeritus Director, Center on Children & Families. She is the author of The Man Question: Male Privilege and Subordination (2010) in which she explores masculinities theories as a means to expand gender analysis and also incorporate other hierarchies that affect gender, particularly race and class.

Ann C. McGinley is William S. Boyd Professor of Law and Co-Director, UNLV Workplace Law Program. Her areas of expertise are Tort Law, Masculinities Theory and Law, Disability Discrimination Law, Gender and Law, Employment Discrimination Law, Employment Law, Arbitration. She is the author of: Masculinity at Work: Employment Discrimination through a Different Lens (2016) and Masculinities and the Law: A Multidimensional Approach (2012) (with Frank Rudy Cooper).
